Weekly 5Rhythms® Dance with Anne Marie Hogya

**LOCATION CHANGE FOR THE FALL: The Wednesday Night 5Rhythms class has a NEW HOME!

First fall class is Wednesday September 13, 2017 – we will now be at: Christ Church Cathedral School located at 912 Vancouver Street.

Every Wednesday Evening

7:00 pm to 8:45 pm (doors open at 6:45pm)
Starting September 13, 2017 we’ll be at Christ Church Cathedral School (912 Vancouver Street; at Rockland Avenue). The entrance is located behind the school beside the parking lot off Rockland Avenue. Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lot. Bike racks are located at the Christ Church Cathedral (at the Burdette Avenue entrance).

$5 if it’s your first Wednesday evening class with Anne Marie

$15 drop-in

$135 for 10 class punch card

Cash and cheques are accepted for first time class, drop in and punch card visits. Please remember to bring your punch cards to class if you are using them.

In this weekly 5Rhythms® moving meditation class we are supported to increase our awareness and to free ourselves to become more alive and awake to life. We explore how to find fluidity, take action, ride the waves of life chaos, experience lightness and ease, and pause and rest in stillness. When we learn from the different rhythms on the dance floor it tremendously affects how we can ride these rhythms off the dance floor. All are welcome to join in this moving exploration. Just come as you are. No experience in the 5Rhythms® or other dance needed.
