“What you offer on the beach in the mornings is the most reliable and palpable medicine I know. I love having your encouraging and body-supportive voice in my head, the sound of the waves, dog walkers' smiles, great music, sand underfoot and the ever changing sea and sky as dance partners. Dance in the morning sets me up for the whole day and I go into my interactions with everyone I connect to with a generous heart. I can feel the ripples of our dance magic going out ….” - Sophia
