MUSTANG WILDHEART

A 5-Day 5Rhythms® Heartbeat Retreat

A multi day + night dance | Embodiment IMMERSION EXPLORING the 5Rhythms emotional map with Anne Marie Hogya

November 25-30, 2026

MUSTANG WILDHEART

A 5-DAY HEARTBEAT 5RHYTHMS RETREAT with anne Marie hogya

Mustang Wild Heart is a movement retreat. It is a place to explore the terrain of the heart with care, honesty, and aliveness, supported by a beautiful natural setting.

At its core, this work is about loving. Loving ourselves more fully. Loving others with greater presence and choice. Our capacity to love is directly connected to our capacity to feel. When our emotional range narrows, our lives narrow too. When we shut down fear, anger, or sadness, we often dull joy, tenderness, and compassion as well.

This retreat offers an opportunity to gently widen that range again.

In the Year of the Horse, our wild can be about motion and freedom — following instinct rather than habit, and allowing emotions to move as energy rather than becoming stuck as patterns.

Mustang Wild Heart is a learning lab. There is time to move, to reflect, to integrate, and to connect. We practice noticing how we relate to ourselves, how we relate to others, and what changes when we bring more presence and curiosity into those relationships.

The retreat takes place at Stowel Lake Farm on Salt Spring Island in November, when the land is quiet, spacious, and deeply supportive. The farm offers a beautiful container for slowing down, turning inward, and being held by nature. We will move together, rest, eat well, walk the land, and spend time in a small, intentional group.

Come as you are.
Bring your wild heart.
Let curiosity lead.

Let’s ride.
